AXA is a French, multinational, investment banking firm headquartered in Paris. It engages in global investment banking, securities, investment management, insurance, and other financial services. The AXA group operates primarily in Western Europe, North America, the Asia Pacific region, and the Middle East.

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A.

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. (BBVA) is a Spanish multinational banking group, founded in 1857 and headquartered in Bilbao. It has 51 million customers, 109,000 employees and more than 7,000 branches in 31 countries.

Bank of America

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, global financial giant Bank of America actually started out as the Bank of Italy in 1904 to cater for the country’s new Italian migrants. The modern BofA was established in 1998 and has become one of the world’s largest banks, pulling in a net income of $3.1 billion in the fourth quarter of 2014 alone.

Bank of Montreal

Founded in Montreal in 1817, Bank of Montreal is now jointly headquartered in Canada’s largest city, Toronto, as well as its hometown. Now with over 12 million customers, BMO is one of North America’s ten largest banks - employing over 46,000 people and with a net income of C$ 4.3 billion in 2014.  

Bendigo & Adelaide

Formed from the merger of the Bendigo and Adelaide Banks in 2007, Bendigo and Adelaide has become well known throughout Australia for its community banking programs in rural areas - which see branches run by the community and profits split with the company.

BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas is a French bank and financial services company with headquarters in Paris and global headquarters in London. It was formed through the merger of Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) and Paribas in 2000 and is one of the largest banks in the world.


Established in 1998 from the merger of Citicorp and Travelers Group, Manhattan-based Citigroup is the third largest bank in the USA in terms of assets. It now has over 200 million customer accounts spread across 140 countries, combining to create assets totalling $1.89 trillion (2014).

Commonwealth Bank

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia is an Australian multinational bank which operates in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Asia, USA and the UK. It is the largest Australian listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange, and is one of the country’s ‘big four’ banks. Founded in 1911 by the Australian government, it was fully privatised in 1996.

Credit Agricole

Founded in 1885 as Societe de Credit Agricole with the mission to offer a stable line of credit to France’s agricultural sector, the modern credit Agricole is now a network of 39 regional banks -  all owned by the Credit Agricole S.A holding company.
